Bridgeway Freighting was started in 1984 as a family run third party logistics provider. Over three generations of the Davies family have been involved with the company over its 23 years of operation. To this day it remains a family business and the current MD, Ian Davies, took over from his father, and co-founder, the late John Davies in 2003.
Over the past 23 years, Bridgeway has established itself within the market as a company of the highest quality with outstanding levels of service and reliability to all of its customers. Just take a look at our testimonials for proof.
In 1990 it expanded with the construction of a 7,500 sq. ft. warehouse at its base in Cardiff. This enabled them to offer an even greater level of service to their customers.
In 2005 Bridgeway started a new office in Dursley, Gloucestershire.
More recently Bridgeway has expanded yet further, under the influence of Ian Davies, by taking on the GL postcode for the Pall-Ex pallet network. At the same time they took on a new 32,000 sq. ft. warehouse at Moreton Valence Gloucestershire.
